My client specialises in e-commerce integration and applications. They have an urgent requirement for one but possibly two "first line support people".
Role:
Call handling first line support calls, using an expert system to resolve common issues
Skills:

Essential:
You must be able to get to Preston on a daily basis.
Salary: c. Ј14,000 - Ј 20 ,000 depending on experience
